Physical exercise is required for every school day
I believe that physical exercise is required for every school day for the following reasons: 1) it’s a link to good health 2) it promotes academic learning 3) it develops cooperation, teamwork, and sportsmanship skill. It helps to develop mind and body. Physical exercise is necessary for every person. It is more necessary for the students.
Physical exercise improves health. It increases oxygen flow to the brain. Beside it improves muscular strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, body composition and cardiovascular endurance. Students may play badminton, football, netball or many other games. It keeps the body healthy.
Academic lessons of students develop by the help of physical exercise. Physical activity has benefits beyond improved grades. Regular exercises increase the flow of nutrients and oxygen to the brain. This improves cognitive functioning. The student is able to concentrate more fully for longer period of time once he/she return to the classroom.
Beside physical exercise everyday build up leadership quality in a student. He/she learns to cooperate with his/her mate. Beside it also his develop his/her skill of sports. He/she plays different sport makes him/her stronger. In a team, a student learns work with the team.
